Refund policy
Digital products are non-refundable ·
All SOUG products are digital files, so ready-design invitations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
Custom design orders (the only exception) ·
Custom design orders (1,000 SAR) are paid in full upfront. If you don’t like the first design we send you, you can cancel before approving it and get 50% (500 SAR) back. Once you approve the design, the order is final and non-refundable.
